Qmooniti IMPACT
At Qmooniti, IMPACT is not a buzzword—it’s a commitment. Led by founder, Lystra G. Sam, our work goes beyond luxury travel; it is a deliberate intervention in how we move through the world. With trauma-informed, decolonizing frameworks at the center, we curate journeys that honour people, place, and culture—while influencing the travel industry to do the same.
We are cultural custodians, system disruptors, and experience designers who put people, healing, story and accountability to land and lineage first. Rooted in decolonization, our work has been acknowledged by industry leaders, cultural institutions, and the communities we serve, as our reach increases its span across industries, communities, and continents.

Meet Our Founder
For over 30 years, Lystra G. Sam has been a guiding force for those seeking more than just travel—for those yearning for meaning. As founder of Qmooniti Travel & Lifestyle, she curates experiences that are deeply aligned, ethically guided, and spiritually restorative. Her work challenges extractive tourism by centering decolonization, trauma-informed frameworks, and ancestral intelligence. With roots in community organizing and global event strategy, she has collaborated with major brands and grassroots changemakers alike to build experiences that are accountable, inclusive, and enduring.
Lystra’s parallel work, Sisters Leading Sisters, cultivates leadership, mentorship, and healing among Black and Indigenous femmes and non-binary people—creating access points for those long excluded from systems of power. Whether consulting on equity strategy, advising institutions, or holding sacred space in ceremony, Lystra offers more than insight—she offers anchorage. She meets the world not with performance, but with presence—and a profound commitment to legacy, truth, and collective liberation.
