With roots in community organizing and global event strategy, she has collaborated with major brands and grassroots changemakers alike to build experiences that are accountable, inclusive, and enduring.

Lystra’s parallel work, Sisters Leading Sisters, cultivates leadership, mentorship, and healing among Black and Indigenous femmes and non-binary people—creating access points for those long excluded from systems of power.
